Welcome

The purpose of this laboratory is to further our knowledge of the neural mechanisms and cognitive processes responsible for complex human behaviors. We strive to maintain ecological validity in our work while not sacrificing experimental precision. While recognizing the importance of characterizing group tendencies, we view the differences between individuals as equally informative. We believe in the absolute value of basic scientific research while endeavoring to forge connections between the laboratory and clinic. We are committed to the necessity of interdisciplinary perspectives and convergent methodologies in unraveling the puzzles of human cognition.

We are currently seeking upper and lower extremity amputee volunteers.
